It is enjoyed cold and warm, straight up and in craft cocktails.
Unlike other chocolate liqueurs, Simply Chocolate is a pure dark chocolate flavor with a light brandy finish that appeals to the sophisticated taste of chocolate connoisseurs. It is neither overly sweet nor under-flavored.
Chocolate Delight
- 1 oz Putney Mountain Simply Chocolate liqueur
- 1 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 0.5 oz vodka
- 1 oz heavy cream
- chocolate syrup (garnish)
- Whipped cream (garnish),
- ice
Put all ingredients except for chocolate syrup and whipped cream in a cocktail shaker and shake. Drizzle the chocolate syrup around the rim of a glass and down the sides. Strain the drink into the prepared glass, and top with whipped cream.
