You will need:
- 1 – 3 oz (to taste) Putney Mountain Winery Vermont Cassis Liqueur
- 5 oz Putney Mountain Northern Spy sparkling wine, Champagne, Prosecco or Cava
Instructions: Pour Champagne or other dry sparkling wine into a champagne flute. Add Vermont Cassis slowly and watch it swirl through the sparkling wine.Use the larger measure of Vermont Cassis to make it sweeter.
